We are accepting applications for the Lead Clinician at our Glenside location, near Philadelphia. This position is full time and requires fluency in sign language.
Conduct individual, family, and group therapy according to stage of development; develop, review and revise individualized treatment plans; collaborate with other members of the treatment team and provide progress information at team meetings. Provide guidance and clinical supervision to staff in how to improve skill sets and demonstrate interventions and approaches to be used for various situations. Provide weekly support and supervision as needed to develop skill sets to work with clients. Oversee the referral/intake process, review and approve progress notes. Conduct internal audit of outpatient paperwork to ensure compliance. Communicate with insurance companies to relay clinical information and obtain agreements and authorizations for services.
Master’s degree required. LCSW preferred. LPC accepted with 4 years of work experience with individuals with behavioral health needs; valid driver’s license; advanced ASL fluency; must be able to work independently, possess strong leadership, administrative, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills (both in person and in writing).
