Lead Residential Support Coach

Description:
The Lead Resident Support Coach guides and assists individuals to live and function as independently as possible in the community.    The Lead Resident Support Coach is responsible for assisting with management of the day-to-day household responsibilities, including budgeting, purchases, and maintenance of the house. The Lead RSC will provide general support to overnight staff, monitor overnight staff and provide breaks to overnight staff as needed; provide 24 hours rotating on call support including some weekends/holidays.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent with one (1) year of work as a Residential Advisor or RSC or two (2) years’ experience in the human services field working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders, valid driver’s license and Advanced ASL fluency required.  Strong leadership, administrative, organizational and interpersonal communication skills (both in person and in writing) required.
